Conditions

Both the placement fee, first and last month's rent and damage deposit (50% of one month's rent), must be paid to BELL ACCOMMODATION SERVICES to confirm the placement.
Once BELL ACCOMMODATION SERVICES receives the placement fee, first and last month's rent and damage deposit, we provide you with a written confirmation including the full address and contact information for your accommodation.

Refund Policy

Before arrival
The damage deposit, first and last month's rent, is fully re-fundable if BELL ACCOMMODATION SERVICES receives written notice a full 30 days before contract arrival date. E-mail notification is preferred. Less then one month's notice, damage deposit (50% of one month's rent) and last month's rent are fully refundable.

After arrival
The damage deposit is fully refundable to the client on their last day (as stated on client contract), provided the accommodation is left clean and undamaged. If you choose to leave before the date stated on the client contract, the last month's rent is non-refundable. The damage deposit is fully refundable provided the accommodation is left clean and undamaged.

In all cases the placement fee is non-refundable.

The Accommodation has received a personal visit by BELL ACCOMMODATION SERVICES staff and meets our standards
E-mail photos and details provided to the client are of the actual accommodation reserved. No substitutions without client approval
Welcome package including BELL ACCOMMODATION SERVICES contact information, map and bus ticket provided to each client
The accommodation is fully furnished
