At Bell Accommodation Services we offer furnished property rentals in and around Vancouver. Along with student rental accommodations, we also provide housing for contract workers and clients on coop work programs in Vancouver.

Whether you are coming to study or work in Vancouver from a minimum of two months to maximum of a year. Bell Accommodation Services has a wide variety of furnished rental housing options from studios and one bedroom apts to roommate situations and for the budget conscious a private bedroom in a shared student house.

How Our Service Works

• Fill out the online application or contact us with questions
• We use this application to find the right accommodation, in the best location available
• We e-mail you photos and details of the accommodation, transit options to school and cost
• We answer any questions you may have
• To secure the accommodation you request payment details.
• You have 2 business days to provide recite of payment.
• Payment within Canada is: e-transfer or bank transfer and for International payments we accept: International bank transfer or Paypal
• When you accept an accommodation, you forward the damage deposit (50% of the first month’s rent), first and last month’s rent and the placement fee to BELL ACCOMMODATION SERVICES
• Once payment has been received, we provide you with an email confirmation including the full address and all necessary contact details
• You send your complete arrival details to BELL ACCOMMODATION SERVICES (We pass your arrival time along to your Accommodation Provider)
• You must phone or text your accommodation provider from the airport so they know you have arrived and are on your way to the accommodation
• You must arrive at your accommodation no later than 10PM or be prepared to make other arrangements for your first night.
